Booking information
- Local tax €2.60 per person per day from the age of 15
- Final cleaning of apartments:
Arbiskogel apartment - €60.00, 1994 apartment - €150.00, 1976 apartment - €200.00 - Pets are allowed on request, additional fee €15.00 - €25.00 per day.
- The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply.
- Cancellation policy:
WINTER - Up to 45 days before arrival: free of charge; 45 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- 30 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- 7 to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total price
- In case of no-show, we charge 100% of the total price
SUMMER - Up to 10 days before arrival: free of charge. From 10 days to 5 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
- 5 days to 1 day before arrival: 70% of the total price.
- In case of no-show, we charge 100% of the total price.
